| (D) Child-Placing Agency (CPA) |
A person, agency, or organization other than a parent who places or plans for the placement of a child in an adoptive home or other residential care setting. |

| (E) Child-Placing Agency Foster Family Home |
An operation that provides care for six or fewer children, up to the age of 18 years, under the regulation of a child-placing agency. |
